Terms & Conditions
The following conditions applies to:
Liverpool Adventures package holiday bookings – where you make and pay for a booking with us, that includes event tickets, accommodation and/or flights- and where your contract is with Liverpool Adventures.
This combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations. Therefore, you will benefit from all rights applying to packages. We will be fully responsible for the proper performance of the package as a whole. Additionally, as required by law, we have protection in place to refund your payments and, where transport is included in the package, to ensure your repatriation in the event that we become insolvent. Liverpool Adventures is a member of Protected Trust Services.
A contract shall be deemed to have been made between Liverpool Adventures´and the booking client (‘the client’) when the client has confirmed their requirements by, inter alia, fax, letter, written order form or telephone and we has accepted such a booking by way of an receipt or invoice that is deemed to be proof of acceptance.

Prices quoted and charged may be above the face-value printed on the Ticket (if any) and reflect our costs in obtaining preferred Tickets and/or demand at the time of booking. The prices of Tickets and Packages may change (upwards or downwards) at any time prior to a booking being accepted. Advertised prices may also change (upwards or downwards) after a booking is accepted.
All applicable taxes shall be paid by the Client.
The full price of the booking must be paid by the Client upon acceptance of a booking either by card: We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
Bank transfer due within 10 working days.
Deposit and Balance Payments: For events over 90 days from booking acceptance and invoice date, we may offer to accept a non-refundable deposit of 25%-50% of the overall price of the booking. The balance of the overall booking price must be paid not less than 60 days before the event date.
Once a booking is completed it cannot be cancelled or refunded. All sales are final. Any cancellations/ change of date/ change of match by the client are at the discretion of Liverpool Adventures.
Refunds will be offered in the event of a cancelled event, and can only be claimed by the Client who made the booking.
If payment is not made within the time limits above, this will be a breach of contract by the Client entitling Liverpool Adventures to treat the contract as at an end and cancel the booking. In the event of Liverpool Adventures treating the contract as at an end we shall be entitled to retain all sums already paid by the client.
Any notice of cancellation by the client of a booking or part of a booking, or request for a variation to a booking, must be made in writing by email or letter, and is only effective if accepted in writing by Liverpool Adventures.
Where the situation arises that an event may be changed or postponed then the package purchased shall be transferred to the new date. All dates and start times are subject to change due to TV commitments/cup draws and it is the customers responsibility to check any changes. All packages will be valid for the new date and no refunds given.
In circumstances outside our control such as force majeure, global pandemic’s, global epidemics, acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of any vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with your trip , riots, acts of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative, municipal, military or other authority, strikes, industrial act, requisition of equipment.
Alterations to Packages:
All packages are subject to availability., Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages but any package may be altered or omitted or dates changed either before of after confirmation of the booking. Liverpool Adventures has the right to change the price applicable to a booking (upwards or downwards) at any time prior to a booking being accepted.
We are responsible for the event tickets, accommodation and/or flights, and we are in no way responsible for any additional expenses, distress, loss, damage, injury, inconvenience, and delay, accidents resulting from or attributing to the act of default of any companies, firms or persons in connection with the carrying out of such reservations or arrangements.
The Contract of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English Law and Premier Events and the Client hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in all matters regarding the contracts and these Terms and Conditions.
